YungbaYungba on the Red Carpet At YMAA 2014

The 2014 edition of the Yoruba Movie Academy award was held at the Ibadan Civic Center Limited in Ibadan Oyo State, it was an array of stars ranging from the older generation to the contemporary to the future stars in the Yoruba Movie industry.

The paparazzi and efizi was a beauty to behold as the event started with a cocktail party for the nominees after which they were seen in the ever luxurious Limousine with escort round the town of Ibadan. The award lived up to its supposed status of an indigenous event when at the red carpet or do we say traditional red Mart carpet were bouncers and lady-guide all dressed in a traditional attire which gave the event the desired look and portrayed the essence of the award.

The Stars did not disappoint either as Otelemuye Oge (O M O) was on ground to analyze the fashion taste of the Yoruba celebrities and entertainers. The award ceremony itself was an entertaining period as the likes of Odunlade, Afeez Oyetoro (Saka), Dele Odule, Mama Rainbow and the likes of others took home awards in their various categories.
