The position of the Client Service Officer at EIC Communications Ltd is that of a brand ambassador as we hold in high esteem our valued customers and client home and abroad. To this end, the appropriate candidate must posses the following but not limited to those:

Higly skilled in Human Relation
Customer Service Relation
Good communication skills
Telephone etiquette and correspondence
Good computer skills and research ability
A Social Media freak
Responsible for all social media wing
Handling of company's emails with client
Idea generation from what's trending

Any qualification to justify the above qualities will do but higher education and professional certification are cutting hedge for any intending candidate.

Remuneration is industry based standard for the position advertised.
