Perfection was the word; the combination of Waje and Cobhams was way out of this world as the duo gave the entire African continent a reason to believe we have it in us. Waje took to the stage with an outstanding vocal performance showing the cinimatography part of music, with Cobhams on the piano, we all know anything is possible and that was exactly what the guests and nominees felt at the end of the performance by Waje.
It was not all about the natural talents, as tradition and old times memories were brought back to the now days with that stupid song by Beez (boju boju, suwe, sandalili and more). Amazing talent, beautiful music and exceptional delivery of music by the ever growing music talent of Beez.The ladies could not stop winning with ADA ADA by the polished highlife star Flavour when he took to the stage and just about when you think the show was over OBO with his puff daddy biggie took to the stage and gave the crowd the Aye feel of the hipop-African flavour, he then pop in the popular Skelewu which had almost all the guest on their feet dancing and forgetting it was actaully an award night.
Afterall, it was not all serious business as tension was building in the hall seeing Half Life Nairobi clinching almost all the first set of award, so the organizers were on point making music an essential part of the award. In all it was a good time out with Africa Magic for all the invite. The Africa Magic Viewers Choice Award 2014 was much fun and with the music stars, it was a perfect event.
